A cottage accessible to wheelchair users
Jocksborg is the cottage for visitors in a wheelchair or using a zimmer frame. And for those of you allergic to animals. Neither pets nor cigarettes are welcome here.
Jocksborg is in a more secluded spot, in amongst the woodlands adjacent to the road Gydarpsvägen. The common tree frog in the adjacent ponds is your nearest neighbour. The cottage has six beds divided between three rooms (one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds in the living room). There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker with oven and a dining table that seats six. The toilet and shower are adapted for disabled users, and outside there is garden furniture and a barbecue. The cottage is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
The cottage can be rented by the day, for a weekend (Friday-Sunday) or a full week. It is not permitted to house more people than there are number of beds in the cottage.
Check-in is normally at 2 pm, check-out is at mid-day. But feel free to contact the recreation area office in Snogeholm if you need to make other arrangements and we will try to find a solution (dependant on other bookings).
You need to bring your own bed linen, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Firewood is not included but can be bought on site. It is possible to prebook this with the recreation area office. You will need to clean the cottage yourself. Cleaning equipment is provided.
